ARSS of Illinois Inc. currently ships to all 50 U.S. states.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shelf-Stable Product

Our grass-fed ghee is a shelf-stable packaged food product and does not require refrigeration during shipping or storage.

During hot weather, the ghee may naturally soften or become liquid while in transit. This is completely normal and does not affect its quality or safety. Simply allow the jar to cool at room temperature until it returns to its normal consistency.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box. We will review your claim and replace or refund eligible damaged items.
