Shipping Area
ARSS of Illinois Inc. currently ships within Illinois and Wisconsin only.
We do not offer shipping to other states at this time.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on delivery location and package size.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shelf-Stable Food Products Only
Our ghee is a shelf-stable packaged food item and does not require refrigeration during shipping or storage.
We do not ship hot, prepared, or perishable meals.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will replace or refund the affected items.

Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all federal SNAP Online Purchasing requirements.
SNAP/EBT payments (once enabled) can only be used for eligible food items and may not cover shipping or delivery fees.
